THE EARTH
How beautiful the land lies
Supporting the raw jungle or the beauty of manicured lawns
How it feeds the trees, makes them tall and strong
And lets the flowers bloom and grow
Water may eat into it, man can shape it
What a changeling it is,
Barren at times and yet full of life -
The good earth of our hearts.
